Offer #1 - The Retreat

Wonderland Retreat is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, with private entrance and two dedicated parking spaces available

An outside staircase entices you up to the second floor, where the full length balcony provides stunning sea and sunset views.

|

The Retreat is totally self contained.
Boasting a huge bar with full kitchen facilities, a day bed and lounge area, including TV, WiFi and stunning private bathroom. |

|
|
Fully tinted windows, as well as reverse cycle air conditioning, keep Wonderland Retreat comfortable throughout the year.
Bedroom #1
|
No more than 2 people may ordinarily live at this premises, which includes Bedroom #1 with queen size bed, and has its own private door connecting to the balcony with its sea and sunset views. |

The other side of the retreat has a small office area, which includes cupboards and storage space.

Offer #2 - overflow accommodation
Central lounge area overlooking cul-de-sac

A small fridge, kettle, TV and WiFi all available. Lounge connects through to bedroom #2 and bedroom #3

Spa bathroom plus seperate toilet

And tucked away around the corner, a stunning spa bathroom plus seperate toilet.

Bedroom #2
|
With beautiful sea and sunset views, queen bed, and it's own ensuite and walk-in wardrobe.

Bedroom #3
Which everyone seems to love the best, with either a deliciously spacious king bed or two single beds, if required.

Seperate entrance, fully furnished, completely independent from main house.
Includes bedroom #1, balcony with sea views, a bar, kitchen, lounge, office plus bathroom.
$600 per week, maximum 2 people
Prices include all services, including internet services
Available from Saturday 11 January 2025

Includes bedroom #2 & 3, lounge with TV and Wifi, small fridge, kettle etc
